Why the Upper Peninsula?

I grew up vacationing in the Upper Peninsula and fell in love with all of the outdoor activities.  I have been a full time resident in the Naubinway area for the last several years and specialize in Hiawatha Sportsman's Club and Lake Michigan waterfront properties.  This is a unique area and I take pride in knowing the nuances that affect real estate sales in the area.
